Asia Regional Forum – 2022
The last Regional Forum of the 2022/23 series being held online will concern the issue of modern slavery in Asia. The theme is “Enabling local engagements and global synergies for addressing modern slavery in Asia”.
Regional stakeholders, including survivors, grassroots and civil society organizations, the United Nations, academics, and government officials, will come together to discuss the most critical concerns surrounding modern slavery in Asia.
The agenda is being developed by local partners and stakeholders and will be available soon. The collaboration with different actors in the region will ensure that the most pressing issues surrounding modern slavery in Asia will be the main focus of the Forum. The event will be held on zoom to increase accessibility for all stakeholders. Registrations will be opened soon.
